Adding to TRT...

200mg week masteron on top of 150mg test is quite high. From what I've read about primobolan, it should be ran at about 80% your dose of test or your estrogen becomes too low. I assume masteron is about as strong as primo. I'd do 120mg test and 100mg masteron personally. Of course everyone is different, but yeah I think masteron and primo are a bit potent at managing estrogen. At only 100mg test and 30mg primo my estrogen levels were fine.
Depends on the person I run 200mg test e with 200mg mast e and still run adex.

What I'm really curious about is..while yes I agree having low testosterone is unhealthy, I've believed our body keeps our testosterone low due to reasons like not having the cardiac capacity, or having certain blockages or something, so that we don't get damaged from having too high testosterone.

That might be wrong, but surely our body reacts differently to injected vs internally produced testosterone
Injected is more stable. Natural test is affected by sleep, stress, diet, ect. Injectable is only affected by how much you inject.

Ok, tomorrow is my first blood draw on the 50mg per week. I am expecting it to be just as shitty as it was "naturally". I have had no symptom/side effect/ feeling that would indicate that my level should be any different. I had the flu last week as well, so it very well may be lower.

Thanks for all of the input...I have decided that I will do this draw and then see how he reacts. Pretty much anything less than going to 100mg per week and I am going to tell him I am done and go elsewhere. I don't see a point in wasting money and time on two visits every 6 weeks just to keep feeling like crap.

he’s playing it safe. Maybe he’s new. Could be worse you could have started with the gel.

When I first started TRT(doctor/endo prescribed) I had to go in and get a 150mg shot every two weeks for the first two months. Then after the first blood work they let me basically do it myself. At this point I split my shots eod so it’s basically 50mg test e and 50mg either mast or primo. So far so good, lipids were slightly impacted but not in any concerning way. The best advice I can give when it comes to hormones is give it a little time, there are a lot of downstream processes that take a massive hit when you are androgen deficient so once androgen is reintroduced to your system it can take a little time to feel better for me it was around 80-90 days and when I got my initial test blood test my test was a 51………yeah

Just got my results back...on 50mg per week I have gone from 265 down to 165.

I figured this would be the case...I have a virtual appointment with the doc next week to see what he has to say about it.

My friend's doctor has him on 50mg every two weeks! Of course, he ignores that now. One time, when his blood test came back in the 200 range, his doctor told him that it looked pretty good, and to keep doing what he was doing lol!

You need to be getting total and free test levels checked.

on 50mg a week my guess is maybe your shutting down your natty (even though it's low) completely only to replace it with a bad dose.

Who knows

Also, as we mentioned before. Go to a clinic that specializes in anti aging. They will get you fixed right (they do all the same lab results to make sure everything in your body is in check, just not your test)

Not saying I want to risk a heart attack to feel better but.

Me having low t = no sex drive and basically inability to do much in the moment.
Barely can get out of bed... workouts are 20 mins and I'm exhausted and I'm not fun to be around. Having low t isn't healthy in my mind because your absolutely miserable.

Having to high means that more than likely people are supplementing or on self prescribed trt (wich is bull,).
That's why having a legit doctor who is educated reviewing regularly scheduled and mandatory blood draws is imperative.
The clinic read about 30 different readings in my blood work to make sure it was good. Very important
