Question on timing

A friend of mine is hopping back on the train. He said that due to his work schedule and hiding it from his wife, he can’t pin at 3 1/2 days and wanted to know whether it would be better to pin at the same time of day every 3 days or every 4 days. I didn’t know what to tell him so I’m seeking opinions here. It’s test e btw

Just stick it …. Just stick it. 1 ml every 3 days, then every 5 days, then every 4 days whatever. Just as long as sometime every 3 to 5 days you hit up a dose you’ll be fine.
I know a lot of guys who stick Mondays and thursdays and that’s it for the week whatever they are taking.

Mondays and Thursdays are my "planned" days.
Often that turns into Tuesdays and Fridays because life gets in the way.
The differences between a day are negligible
