Pregnancy protocol - hcg / hmg on hrt vs off

This has been discussed but wanted to start a new thread .
40 years old , was on hrt for approx 2 years and we were trying to have a 2nd kid and sperm count was 0.
Came completely off (5 months ago) and ran the hmg hcg for a bit. We ran into some issues and I'm not sure if a baby Is in the future now.

Opinions on getting back on hrt while using the Normal suggested dose of hcg and hmg for maintenance vs staying off and doing just hmg and hcg.

I have heard both sides that you need to come off vs staying on, with success stories to both. Opinions? I'm starting to feel better from when I first came off but not sure if levels came up or I just have gotten used to it.

As a follow up, us having a kid is not completely off the table. I know getting my level and analysis is the only way to know but just wondering if I start hrt again and in 4 months we decide to try again if I have set myself back.

Theres no good answer. There’s guys on here that had to come off. Then theres guys on here that had kids while being on for several years blasting hard shit.

I had zero sperm after being on cycle for more than two years straight. Test 500-600mg/wk coupled with Deca or EQ and orals mixed in was typical. When I stopped cycling, I just stopped with no pct. I had already been married, had two kids and subsequently divorced with no plans for more kids. But later my fiance' wanted a baby so I got the tests done. Two years minimum after my last jab, I had zero sperm. I was 47 years old then and discontinued my association with this woman without having another child thankfully. I will soon be 52.

If you are attempting to have children, then come off all exogenous androgens and run a solid pct with HCG, HMG, Nolvadex, over the counter herbs and Clomid (if you can tolerate Clomid, I cannot). To all the young guys out there who want to have kids some day which I hope you do; if you blast steroids without taking time off, then you run the risk of permanent shutdown of your fertility. The old tried and true method of taking as much or close to as much time off of gear as you do on, is really the best, if not the only way to make sure your endocrine system can have a recovery.

A friend of mine who saw Dr. Lipschultz was put on high amount of HCG.
It was like either 1000 or 2000iu every other day.

See a doctor if you are serious.

I've been to my doc and he had me on clomid for several months after I discontinued my hrt and it was still 0. I was having issues getting them to prescribe hcg and hmg so I got it here but I've felt and looked like shit since I've been off. Starting to either get used to it or test rebounded a small amount.

Just trying to Guage how many ran hcg and hmg and had pregnancy success while on hrt vs those that had to come completely off since I've hear stories on both ends. Thank you for the replies

See another doctor. Find a real fertility doctor, someone that has experience with this stuff.
