I run 25mg/day. It is short acting, so I do daily. Started doing this in 2021. I use Trest Acetate as I can't find a "good" source of longer esters.

+ Good gains
+ Good pumps
- I put on 15-20 pounds of water while cycling. It disappears rapidly when I stop.

If you try it, my advice is to start low and work up your dosage. I could run more or less, but I settled at 25.

Trest by itself or with test? I’ve kicked around running Trest low dose daily with test but not sure if it’s worth the sides.

Both.

The water retention is a bitch I won't lie. That seems to be the most consistent side I read about. There is some confusion about estrogen. Trest does not raise Estradiol. It does increase another type of estrogen which I ~think~ is responsible for the water gain.

I'm in my 60s and have been on for 16 years. My "blasts" are strictly Trestolone, which I cycle 4 times a year.

I have BPH and have to take care of my prostate. Trestolone is the answer.

My H&H is borderline but in range.

How does Trest impact your H&H?
Does it go up or stay stable.
I have an issue with H&H and iron absorption.
have to get iron infusions and that shoots my H&H.
Its a roller coaster. Looking for something I can add from time to time that does not fck me over.

That I do not know. My hunch would be that H&H is increased. My BP rises while on. So that is the basis for my hunch.

I failed to mention the best advice I got on Trest - work you way up slowing. My first cycle took forever because I started at 1mg/day!
I didn't get old by being reckless!

Would you recommend Nattokinase? Dosage? I'm going to look into this supp. 1st time hearing about it

Way I see it is it can’t hurt. Most of the supplements I take are for heart health due to my family history, and to try and offset the negative sides of PED’s. Nattokinase I take 4,000 FU, fish oil 2,000, K2 in the form of MK-7, NAC, niacin, baby aspirin and Berberine. I also take Curcumin and Osteo Bi Flex for joints, a multi vitamin and a ginseng complex.

I am a fan of NAC. Been taking at least 600mg daily for the last 10 years plus.

Have you tried CoQ10? Not sure if it's worth the cost but I started it not too long ago. These levels also decline with age

Ubiquinol is the best form, yet coq10 still does have some benefit. The greatest thing you can do using ubiquinol is to take it combined with PQQ. This literally regenerates mitochondria in the heart, something that you can only do otherwise by doing a lot of cardio. Most other methods are simply improving the functionality of the mitochondria you still have, not creating more.

If you can afford it, I say try 400mg ubiquinol and 40mg a day of pqq for a good long cycle and see how much your heart rate drops if you do everything else the same

I have Ubiquinone (Oxidized form of CoQ10) instead of Ubiquinol. I read a 2020 study finding that Ubiquinone is just as beneficial and effective as Ubiquinol.

I am not familiar with PQQ, but I will look into combining the two supps. Thank you!

Going to look into these two further and may add. I know Uniquinol is not cheap.
