What are some of the oldest steroid users you are aware of. What doses of what do they take, and what do they do to stay healthy into their old age while on?

What are some of the oldest steroid users you are aware of. What doses of what do they take, and what do they do to stay healthy into their old age while on?
Well, I can speak for myself. I'm 62 so I guess I'm older. :cool: I've been using since I was about 28 or 29? Over the years I've used a little bit of everything but mainly stuck with the basics. I have avoided harsh orals and have only done a few D-bol cycles when I was younger, one lead to my 1st shoulder surgery. I've been on test full time I guess since my mid 40's. I've always believed AAS is more benefit than harm when done properly. Now days I do test at about 250-500mg wk year around and started HGH full time 3 years ago at 2-3 IUs per day. Every summer I do a cutter of Test E, Masteron E, Tren E, Proviron, winny for 15 wks. My diet has always been clean for the most part and even when not cutting my diet is much cleaner than most. Every year I get full blood work and physical and so far everything looks good. I've had several injuries and a major motorcycle accident that nearly killed me but as soon as possible got right back into training and cycling. I just feel if done right AAS is a benefit to a healthy lifestyle and in my case probably saved my life................11

I know a 76 year old dude at my gym who still runs cycles. Last one he told me about was 400mg NPP 400mg test c and 400mg masteron e. Dude looks like he is in his late 40s and is meticulous about his bloodwork and diet. The main component of longevity in this game will always be diet and bloodwork and making sure both are as close to perfect as possible, granted cheat days are there for a reason but if you want to last a long time and have a great physique you gotta take care of all the other important factors as well especially mental health.

How much mast and tren do you run when you do those summer cycles? Do you keep the test the same?

i started test when i was 16 and have been on growth since i was 23 coming off for only 1 year - i’m 41 now

i used to always talk to an endocrinologist who took gas back in the 90s , he was in his 60s looking awesome - he always said you have to ‘stay on your path’ - said most dudes fck up trying to copy people and not do what’s best for themselves

that stuck with me the most

How much mast and tren do you run when you do those summer cycles? Do you keep the test the same?
My cycles are in the picture section but for the last 20 or so years I have ran
TestE 500mg wk
TrenE 600mg wk
MastE 600mg wk
last 4 weeks either Winny or anavar 50mg ed
Last 3 years 3ius HGH daily during cutter and 2iu rest of the year.
Last year I replaced TrenE with Primo at the same dose. wasn't as hard but still very lean...................11

Once a year I get a complete physical and blood work. I stop testE 3 wks before to see where I am. My doc knows Im on. He actually prescribed it for me several years ago.

Depends what your hematocrit levels are and if you are prone to throwing clots. When I first started doc prescribed TRT I suffered a bilateral pulmonary embolism because my HTC levels were at a 56 I believe. Always stay excessively hydrated and take supplements for blood and kidney/liver health. I have found in my 20 years of being around PEDS that the problems tend to affect those who dose recklessly, have a shit diet, partake in recreational substances and alcohol(liquor), and don’t eat/sleep/train correctly (overtrain). I also use injectable glutathione at 400mg every other day nearly year round too so that has probably helped me keep my health markers in check.

Also look into Nattokinnase for blood health, it’s supposed to help naturally balance your hematocrit levels but I haven’t researched it personally only heard the 40 plus crowd at my gym say they don’t ever stop taking it lol

Your doc friend is 1000% right. Sick and fucking tired of dudes- and a lot of it comes from guys who have reached more advanced levels or have some actual "education" that try to ram their rigid philosophy on diet, training or drugs down everyones throat and then claim intellectual superiority because they took classes or have a study that "proves" they are right.

NEWSFLASH: We are ALL very different physiologically and not only respond differently to drugs, diet and training, but there literally hundreds of variables that these "studies" dont take into account.

It is usually the guys who started out as 150 lb weaklings and ended up getting jacked, they wanna project their unresolved shit from being teased as kids with shitty genetics.

Some dipshit on another forum who was a "biochemist" trying to mock the countless people who feel their orals working pre workout, as if drastically improved pumps, vascularity and a clear CNS boost is all "placebo".

Same jackasses who would ask "But did you do bloodwork to confirm?" After saying you're buzzed off your 7th jack and coke.

Okay yeah donating blood, I donated blood January 3rd. I was recently told by a pro that blood concentration levels rebuild within 2 months so it best to donate fairly frequently. She also recommended baby aspirin on a daily basis to reduce viscosity. Comments?

Careful with that. Can cause bleeding ulchers. I think most use safety coated. My aunt had a clot and doc has her on aspirin permanently.

The guy that really helped me fine tune my training has been on and off for around 30 years.

Now when people say, I did a cycle then got off for a couple months. you guys know based on half life, he’s probably still at high test levels months after he stopped. So he’s never really off, the serum concentration just drops.

Milo’s Sarcee has been on 500mg test minimum for 30 years, he’s doing great.
