Just checked my bg, came in at 90- i have cut calories pretty drastically to about 1000-1200 a day for the last few days, but also have had a couple nights with ~200g carbs.

It's been a very long time since ive had my bg this low. Stopped D n P 5 days ago.

Beginning of Week 3- idk if it needed time to build up in my system, but i haven't even taken my weekly shot but i have 0 appetite and food doesn't sound good to me at all.

I also don't know if this was from me forgetting my Omeprazole for acid reflux, or maybe if it's just agreeable with alcohol, but i had 4 beers, and a bunch of junk food- and threw everything up. Hours after, got a burger and fries, went home and threw it all up as well.

I wouldn't call it a headache, either, but my head was feeling a bit weird today.

Will check bg and weight tomorrow.

I told you brother, this stuff rough! I would vomit every night the day of my shot no matter what i ate. How’s your energy levels? That ended up being the nail in the coffin for me with this drug, i was just drowsy all damn day, extreme fatigue. This stuff slows the body’s gastric emptying so you feel full much easier, if you eat too much too fast you’ll be in agony.

I've actually been fine since that episode. For now, im chopping it up to not taking my acid reflux meds and a sensitivity to alcohol.

My energy levels have been fine and i dont feel bad energy wise.

Just did my 3rd 1mg shot yesterday and didn't eat a bite of food yesterday. I have a dull, faint headache that isn't painful, but annoying and giving me pretty bad head fog.

Dropping fat, but also on a significant calorie restriction and have been on keto for the last 8 days.

I dont feel good and probably will not be doing 1mg again. Cant function well enough to work.
