Monjauro (Tirzepatide) for Blood Sugar/Fat Loss

Anybody used this? It is supposed to be a dual function Glucose Disposal Agent, and many have reported great fat loss from it. Some say it's just an "appetite suppressant" and didnt get any results- after some research, i have concluded that this is probably a powerful fat loss tool for diabetics and borderline diabetics, but will not do much besides curb hunger if you dont have those issues.

It is superior to Semagluttide (sp?) in that sema only acts a single GDA agent, and the sides are much more harsh.

Even with a clean diet (no junk, ~200 carbs or less, minimal, no bread, min sugars), i cant seem to get my bg lower than mid 90's and on average its about ~105. Those of you with bg issues know how much they can sabotage both your muscle gains and fat loss.

Any experiences or thoughts?

Back in early summer i had a short trial run with tirzepatide. I only used 2.5mg once per week but it hit me extremely hard. Around 48-72 hours after injection the thought of any type of food was nauseating. It almost kills cravings for everything, i couldn’t even touch coffee and i’ve been drinking it for 20 years every morning. Biggest issue i had was the fatigue became very unbearable, i couldn’t keep my eyes open and nothing seemed to help fight it.

Protocols i have seen recommended starting at .25mg and doubling dosage once every 2-3 weeks.

I am only getting 1x 5mg bottle, for me it's the GDA aspects, and part of my current issue is dealing with lethargy from constantly elevated bg levels. If it makes me too tired, i will have to cut it.

Were you tracking your bg while on it? You could have been suffering from blood sugar being too low.

Unless it has changed, all the actual medical info on tirzepatide recommended 2.5 mg once per week until you adjust then increase every weeks. The max dose that can be prescribed is 15mg a week which i can’t fathom. I was not taking for BG or monitoring it, i grabbed some to help cut in cycle but the lethargy was unbearable towards then end. It completely killed my appetite for 2-3 days a week. It also slows gastric emptying, when i did eat i had to very slowly because literally a few bites too many and i would be in pain then end up
vomiting. I do remember i took my shot early Monday morning and every Monday night i would wake up and vomit. You can lose a shit ton of weight on it.

Medical recommendations might very well be so, but i have read many anecdotal accounts of bbers using the dosage protocol i suggested with success. Big pharma is centered around profit, so i dont think it's completely unreasonable to think they would err on the side of profit, especially with a new compound that doesn't have years and years of real life trial and error.

One guy reported that he never went above .5mg and was fine, others capped at 1-2mg ew.

Take it FWIW, but tren has always given me severe appetite and nausea/vomiting issues, and as rough as they are, i always drop fat quickly.

Let me ask you this: Do you feel the amount of weight you lost was primarily fat, or just weight, period?

If i had to take a guess, i would assume the drug would be more beneficial to me since i am being currently held back by bg issues and yours sound like they were very much under control.

I only ran it for 4 weeks total and i was also on test/primo/hgh blast. I really didn’t know what to expect but the appetite suppression is strong, i would guess i dropped mostly water & weight. My experience was that it’s almost like having a constant stomach flu, every food or food smell made me want to puke. All i wanted was water and to sleep, zero energy. Zero cravings for caffeine and especially alcohol.

Sounds awful. Thank you for sharing your experience.

I will try the protocol my source and others have recommended to see if it will make a difference. A few other guys also reported that sides subsided after a couple weeks.

I'll monitor my bg the day before i start and every week as well.

I would stay away from it and stick to more traditional fat burning methods brother.

My choices for fat burning with my blood sugar issue are basically limited to keto, which i hate because ruins my workouts and strength tanks.

i do a little bit of clen, but it gives me issues falling asleep. T3 and im too flat and lose muscle rapidly. D n P is the best fat burner of them all, but again, completely ruins my workouts and tanks strength.
D n P is the only one that will improve insulin sensitivity, so if this is a no go, im just gonna suck it up and do another 10-14 day run with that.

My wife has Monjaruo. I also have a vial of UGL Tirzepatide. Did a few shots of UGL semiglutide and it worked great but I only used it for a few weeks. I will try the Monjaruo soon (got the flu) to see how it works. Im insulin resistance I think so anything that brings down my BG is good for me.

I already ordered some UGL Monjauro so will be creating a log. I monitor my bg and berberine/diet exercise just isn't cutting it for me.

There have been mixed reviews in the bb community about it working great and dropping fat quick or just doing nothing but suppressing appetite- I am assuming the people who have found it to work great likely have BG issues. Anyone who has been even a little overweight with BG issues knows how much of a struggle it is to lose fat even with solid diet and exercise.

At the end of the day, the only way for anyone to know is to actually try it.

The biggest diff between Semaglutide (Ozempic) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) is that Monjauro has TWO angles of glucose disposal to Ozempic's 1. Mounjaro is also supposed to have less sides.

My sources recommend dosing is .25mg ew for 2-3 weeks, then double

The monjaruo (from pharmacy) is .5mg per shot and you cant change it I think. We also had ozympic (from pharmacy) but I never tried it.
Looking forward to read your log on this one.

Brother, I have issues with diabetes. I have experience with various medications, including tirzepatide. Trust me - you don't need it. It's a very specific drug.
