I usually don't add any AI now until 500mg+ test, but I really don't experience bad sides besides acne there unless I add in an oral like Dbol. I use aromasin at 12.5 eod when I do use one though.Anybody else here get crazy bloat/estro sides from test even at moderate doses? At 375mg of Test Cyp a week and 1mg Adex eod i still bloat like hell. Thinking of bumping to 1mg ed.

twice a week dosing sounds good on your pin daysI want to say on 200mg test/ 200mg mast I estro was at 62 or 68 with no ai. So I think I went .25 mg adex twice a week. On 250mg sust along and .25mg twice a week my estrogen was at 86. So I’m on .5mg twice a week. I think I could probably get away with .25mg three times per week I’d have to do bloods again.
Wish I had this same experience. I’d rather take mast than an AI clearly. Maybe I’ll give it another go. It’s been 10 years since I’ve used anything other than test, but it’s worth a shot.I get better estrogen control with low dose Primo over Arimidex. Even Masteron is better with a 1:2 ratio with rest over Arimidex.

I feel like I don’t have any facts to cite to confirm that yes you’ll still be burning fat even if your estro conversion is up, especially if your diet isn’t dog shit. I swear I’ve seen studies that show test without any added exercise or diet change has reduced bf% while raising lean mass. Which leads me to believe that as your bf% comes down your estrogen conversion will also come down allowing you to see the reduction in bloat you may be experiencing. I’m going to admit this is my personal theory based off studies I’ve seen, and anecdotal evidence from what is commonly referred to as “recomping”. I wouldn’t toss out the idea of an AI based on that premise alone, especially if you have blood work to justify one.Ya. That's what i recall as well. My question is if the test still burns fat if your estro is converting at a higher rate (assuming your diet isn't sloppy), and if by doing so and staying on for longer, the bloat will end up dying down on it's own.

That would be a stiff stack but I won't deny I'd run those doses without a second thought personallyThis is what i suspect to be true as well, and i dont think it's too far fetched to think it is. I have personally in the past been too vain to wanna look bloated for too long, so i always kept test low bc i wanted to look as good as possible ASAP.
Now, i just dont fucking care lol. People can think i look bloated and fat, tbh i dont think most people at the gym care or pay attention.
im running 375mg of Test C/600mg EQ/400mg Masteron E right now-- you think i just say fuck it and bump my test up to 750mg and see what happens lol? I would probably have to ride it out for at least 8-12 weeks to know if it works or not.

High body fat definitely increases aromatization, and testosterone does not (directly) burn fat. Testosterone builds muscle, which increases your BMR, which can burn fat (but only if you're in a caloric deficit). Having high body fat usually means decreased insulin sensitivity, which means you aren't even getting the full muscle-building effects of testosterone.Does anybody know if you just aromatize more when you're fat? Thats not going to work for 90% of the population. 12% means you can see abs. In other words, high body fat = bad. You should never really get above 12-13% body fat, even if you're bulking.
