Donating blood on cycle

Do you guys donate while actually on? Wife says they will test before and deny me. Is this true? She can't donate bc she is anemic and doesn't know shit about the sauce but she got me thinking. Have a great fucking weekend all.

They can deny you for multiple things. Most common would be high BP and high iron.

You can always a get a script from your general physician for blood dump. What I've read it's fairly easy to get.

I always donated while on, either while cycling on going on permanent TRT. I never disclosed that I was on during the questionnaire.
But, I did my regular donations every 2 months for a year and now my MCH, MCV, MCHC, Ferritin, and iron % saturation are very low.
I'll never do it again unless my doc prescribes a therapeutic phlebotomy.

Did it this morning first thing. Won’t do that again. Was too dehydrated from sleeping and man it whipped me out. But the nurse from Ghana was smoking with a fat ass! Might have been some chemistry there. To be single again.

Yes every 4-6 months regardless. I do the double red cell donation. They actually put the plasma back in you through a return feature on the machine. I think it’s called the ALYX

I do it every 3 months, with the computer online questionnaire I just don’t disclose I’m using. The only time I have been denied is the only test they do which is RBC. If it’s high they simply say they can’t take blood. If you ask they’ll say you need to sign up for blood letting which is just removing blood and sending it to waste. But I have never had a problem.

I have done a lot of those and ended up with VERY low ferritin.
The side effects from low iron were HORRIBLE.
So I suggest that people who regularly do phlebotomies keep an eye on iron.

Same thing happened to me. Same issues in the last year. Trt dr told me to hold off donating for the rest of the year. Primary Dr on yearly blood work was scratching his head to figure out what to do.

It’s been a long time my friend. Hope you’re doing well.

Donated today on TRT. This is my first time giving blood, but I'll try and do it every 3-4 months. For us juicers, its super healthy to dump that extra iron, red blood cells and hemoglobin.

My last blood test, I showed higher than normal of the above. Not way out of range, just on the upper scale/just over normal.

Im 45 and cycling for 20 years. I've always been smart and gotten blood tests at least once a year. Now that I'm older, I need to take more precaution with BP, Cholesterol and dumping blood.

I'm 63 and gave been using 40 years. I won't donate again and will only do a phlebotomy if my hematologist recommends it after I do bloodwork.
My H&H stay in the normal range but MY RBC are a little high. All of these numbers are AAS dose dependent.

If you're Hematocrit is over 51 and you're NOT on a blood thinner then YES you do need to donate blood especially when on gear because high Test levels will increase Hematocrit

I donate every 3 months, and there is this smoking hot latina (monique). She is married but very fun and flirty.
The first time I donated, she put the needle in "wrong" so she had to sit there and hold it in place for the blood to flow.

I just chatted her up for the whole time. Ive only had her 2 other times. But, its always a good deal when she shows up

I'm resurrecting this thread because I have a childhood friend that thinks he knows fuckall, won't listen to anybody, and wouldn't call him the sharpest knife in the box. Dude has been running gear for at least 15+ years. Last couple he claims to only be running half a cc of test per week because he can't control his blood pressure anymore. Anyway, he's only 40yo and had a stroke the other night.

He quit taking his blood pressure meds at some point and he's never donated blood in his life, even though he KNOWS he needs too. I was schooling him several months ago that he needs to quit being cheap and get himself checked out and give blood n shit. He literally told me he was keeping his blood pressure in check with breathing techniques and taking like 40-50mg of cialis per day!? You can't tell the dude any different! Anyway he seems ok from the stroke, luckily, but the hospital says his kidneys are trashed. BTW this one of those guys that used to run tren year round for years.

Anyway I'm saying this for any knuckle heads here that let this kinda shit ride. The info on how to be safer can be found everywhere these days. Don't be a cheapskate, spending all your income on your toys and not ever going to the doc cause you don't have insurance. Give your fucking blood timely and keep your BP in check at the very least....

If you in a casket, you're not exactly keeping up with the Jones' anymore are yuh?
