I believe and hope so as I have some of the ones on the left lol. Actually if you look closely at the one on the left, you can see the oil is all stuck in the top of the amp. This happens a lot with legit primos as the oil is extremely thick. It can take a bit of effort to get the oil into the bottom. In fact, I have yet to run into any oil from anyone pharm grade or UGL that has oil as thick as legit primos, I mean Rimos.

Mine looks like the original.
Oil is very thick and clear/white.
The blue dot is in the same spot as what you show too.

Just checked mine, while all of them look like the one on the left, with clear thick oil inside them. However I noticed one difference between the amps I have.
Ones that came in boxes 07.2019 have shiny labels, ones that came loose 02.2020 have dull paper labels.
It's hard to tell from the pics, can you please specify whenever your have shiny or dull labels?

Does anybody know what is in the supposed fakes?
IF they are indeed fakes and not just a change in the production process.
They did change the name after all.
I'm not sold that they are fakes yet.

It's bought in origin country and shipped from origin country
I have the bill from the pharmacy and you can check on the goverment site if it's real or not just use the same time to search for it like you used time to contact Mack problem solved

This is what I believe happened.
He bent to the will of the masses.
The tribe spoke their opinion and he conformed.
Not faulting him; he didn't know.
But if he got them from EK or if he got them from the same pharmaceutical supplier EK gets his from then they are indeed real.
Turkish pharmacy is tightly regulated. Just because primo changed to Rimo then they also made production changes does not mean it's fake.
