I was a competitive powerlifter back 5-6 years ago. I wasn’t the biggest, but I had pr’s of 335x2 bench, 560 conventional deadlift, and 510 squat all *** at a weight of 212 lifting in the 220 class. I took first at a state apf meet. I tore a tendon in my arm, and had another baby with my wife, and life got busy and I quit going to the gym. Well back in December I went back to the gym. I am working out with my wife now. She had never worked out before. Since December I have gotten my bench back to 265, I’ve done a 405 deadlift, and 315 squat for reps. I am fully planning on working back up to my old numbers and bigger. I figured I would log some stuff here. I’ve been on trt for years, but am now starting week 4 of 400mg test c 500mg npp and 400mg mast a week. It is pretty crazy, I also loaded creatine and am taking 5gr a day. I weighed 222 a month ago and weigh 242 today. I am getting bigger arms and traps than I have ever had. I will post some workout here if anyone is interested. I will also list when my wife has big events in the gym.
