I don't think IGF-1 LR3 would even show up on an IGF Test as technically it is not true IGF-1. It acts on the same receptors supposedly in the same way, but it not chemically identical.seems like a waste. If you have legit gh why mess with lr3? One of these days im going to do a igf test, then a day or so later do 100mcgs of lr3 and do an igf test. Im betting nothing but a lighter wallet. Ive never seen anyone test their igf

the most important thing with IGF .....IMO would be when adding it in - IT enhances anabolic activity of what you have going on already - SO having a good hgh,slin protocol EXISTing as well as some AAS -
BUT the diet is key - you cannot have shit sitting on your stomach waiting to digest for hours, you cannot eat fucking sugar thought the day/week - you have to to time it accordingly , have to have protein REALLY high AND be able to ABSORB it
