I'm back mentzner heavy duty. I'm sore every workout with just one set. I cant do any volume due to wear and tear on my joints anymore and mostly machines now due to neck and spine and other injuries over the years...
Definitely feeling pumped throughout the day with super low volume high intensity techniques

BTW upright rows with a heavy e-z curl bar = BIG traps !!!

I like dumbell shrugs with a FULL range of motion- i'll let the weight pull my shoulders down as far as possible and roll back all the way on the way up and try make my traps meet at the spine.
