Recommendation on TRT cycle

My urologist has me on 200t c a week. This keeps me in the 1100 range. I recently changed to daily sub q 30mg and it keeps my estrogen in check. If I change to IM I have to increase Nolvadex to keep my gyno in check

I’ve been on the same dose for the last year. I do run mast e daily sub q as well at 30mg.
Loading 7 insulin pins does suck but Im having better results on daily.

Are you saying you don't bloat as much if you shoot test sub q?

I swap between im and sub q when running a trt dose. I only get bloated when I increase the dosage of test without running a low dose of Primo or Masteron with it.

i wonder if the meathead juice community has just been idiots pinning IM when it is absorbed better subQ. I was thinking of microdosing tren hex at 10mg subQ .

if tren burns fat, it would only be logical to assume direct contact with fat tissue might cause a localized fat burn, no? I mean, this is EXACTLY what happens with gh.

Isn’t pinning oil based gear sub-q much more likely to cause an infection?

Alot of guys are now doing daily sub-q shots of test E or C, between 10-20mg per day. That sounds like too many pins for me but the guys doing it swear by the daily injections, supposedly keeps estrogen in check .
There maybe something to this. If I stay on a steady TRT protocol. I get zero sides. No AI needed. Now, if I skip for a couple weeks. I get itchy nips. I wish I was educated more on this. I figure something with your blood levels going up and down, triggers more estrogen conversion. This is obvious bro science.

Pinning sub-q does not absorb better guys lol. It only takes longer to find the blood stream. Which is a couple hours. Once it's in your body, it's in your body.

Listen, For the last 9+ years. I've pinned 95% of my oils sub-q and IM through slin-pins. I don't even use alcohol with slin pins. When i blast 1000mg per week.. I spread everything out, max 1 cc per day, through the week. Only time I use big pins and alcohol is when front loading or I missed a day or two. Never had an issue. I just watch some youtube, loading them up, and throw them in the fridge. GG

ps.. I recommend 27 gauge, nothing smaller.

Same here. I haven’t used a 3ml pin in 7+ years. I rarely go above 500 total mgs a week pin daily
If I pin anything above .3ml I go IM instead of sub q

Just TRT 125mg human grade Test Enanthate (Primoteston Bayer) every 5 days... no HGH, no anti-strogen, no fat burners, even not cardio...
Just fasted weight training and smart diet plan.. I feel great, full energy, full libido, the only one thing (that's not a problem for me) only need 5-6 hours for sleep.
In this pic after 3 weeks blasted with D-bol got 7 solid pounds more..

Thank you Bro, just I'm amazing on how much gain anyone could get just from TRT.. and about getting leaner the only one I'm doing (of course diet plan too) is fasted training... Hard training... About my diet, the best thing is that is sustainable in time since I'm cycling carbs.. I could get this lean look the rest of my life following that style... Somedays I eat cakes or anything I want...

Over the years i have learned just how much NON sex hormone factors can affect training, with blood glucose/insulin resistance being at the VERY top of the list and cortisol not too far behind.

Many in this game are straight up addicts, who just try to stay on forever and overcompensate with more drugs or counteracting agents. What ends up happening is you get stuck in quicksand and being counterproductive, gaining fat instead of muscle, having shittier workouts bc of lethargy, etc.

Being trt gives you longevity in training because you're not trashing your blood sugar and exhausting your organs from toxic shit- somebody who can train for 8-10 months straight with no real hiccups will look better than someone on cycle for 5-6 months, trashed liver, insulin resistant, etc. You can also get away with cheating more on diet, because every calorie wont stick to your ribs.

IF you wanted something very mild side/health wise, and you are not prone to male pattern baldness, you are lean enough where 200mg of Masteron or Primo would be a game changer for you. You could likely even add 100mg of either as a staple of your trt- these are feel good hormones who also give a great sense of well being. You would wanna keep an eye on prostate health, but doses that low, i doubt it would be much of a factor.

Thanks for your advice and I'm totally agree.. There are a lot of missinformation today about drugs usages always end up on abuse.. Also there are a lot of crap products sold supported just on one time test, scamming and making a lot of money at the cost of the many young people health.
I'm going to incorporate some Rimobolan Bayer at very small dose for sometime... I though I was prone to male pattern baldness but I think after I discarted sugar from my diet and take Niacin supplemnt intra legs workout I got new hair.. Each time I take niacin cause a itch on my scalp in the mid of my leg traininng which make me rub the towel on my head, after few months I had more hair... One crucial factor for me is fasted training, after a very good hydration and some black mild coffee with stevia and cinnamon I go to the gym very early.. and that's made the difference... Of course my diet style, I found that keep high protein every day is not necessary, same as the carbs, proteins and fats need to be cycled.. and that help to keep a good health and does not affect your body composition.

Whenever i have pushed food and calories just for the sake of doing it, i get fat and have digestive issues.

Anybody giving detailed, generalized advice is full of shit and just likes to hear themselves talk. We all have a unique, different physiological make up and other variables that make different compounds, training and diets affect us differently.

Listen to your body and take any advice you get with a grain of salt.

The bonus is if you talk to your doc about the prostate. You can get once daily cialias for bphp. Pumps in the gym, bed room, better blood flow.
