lol

How are you feeling? Any issues so far?

I have no feeling in and around my nipples where he made the cut and am bruised tf up, not really in any pain. Swollen around the area, doctor says it will take about 3 months for all the swelling to die down.

i have to wear this stupid compression vest for the first 2 weeks, but I started taking it off when i sleep because it's too uncomfortable.

Mmmmmm….
Looks like boneless wings

I wasn't expecting them to be that large. You know what's funny? I had that same gyno in my avatar pic. It used to fuck with my head when i would get lean and it was cold it wouldn't even look like i had it.

I'm bruised tf up and numb all over my chest, but glad i just did it and got it over with.

Best of luck!
I scarred my incision site. I made this genius plan to run a DNP cycle Day 1 after surgery
to keep me occupied. DNP fascinated me for months but never wanted to train on it

The DNP-peak made the bandages feel like a full body cast. I was soaked minutes later
and the compression stage was over lol. The incision scar is much wider than it should be
but healed fine luckily

Dont worry, i employed the same dumbass plan with DNP thinking i'll burn some fat in my downtime since i wont be needing strength/energy to lift. Luckily, this DNP isnt incredibly strong and i cut it after 4 days. Trying to sleep in the compression vest with that body heat was miserable.

i just cant do the vest 24/7, i started taking it off to sleep and wear it during the day. I shot up a bunch of bpc 157 and tb 500, along with my normal 3-5iu of gh and it appears to be healing fine.

Update:

Just went to my 1 week follow up, and both the surgeon and nurse were pretty shocked at how much of the bruising was gone and how quickly i am healing, so much that the nurse asked me straight up if i was taking something to speed up the healing.

I used about 1.5x 5mg vials each of bpc 157 and tb 500 that i had injected near the nipple area on both sides. None of that meticulous 300mcg 3x a day shit, i literally just shot it all at once on each side 1x.

So my advice to anyone thinking about this procedure is to stock up on a few vials each of bpc157 and tb500.

Doctor told me im g2g back in the gym in 5 days, making it a 12 day recovery from the date of the procedure.

That's great news! Thanks for sharing

Definitely great advice- im in Orange County, CA, where a lot of the most reputable surgeons are, period. The before and afters that i saw were some of the best i have ever seen, this group is called Air Sculpt, they have hubs all over large metropolitan areas in the U.S. They mainly do Kybella and cool sculpt where they freeze the fat off, but my surgeon has done his share of gyno removal so they will be doing a combination of physically removing 90% of the gland with an incision and liposuction, then removing the fat around it so it doesn't look weird. I'd prefer to have the entire gland removed, but not my call. I have never had an issue with my gyno getting larger if i use AI's, this is all 100% from my first cycle when i was a dumb ass and thought i could do pct with otc anti estrogens.
For better or worse, im getting it done in 3 days. Recovery is only supposed to be 1-3 days, which is a lot better than the ~4 weeks i thought were standard.
In the future I definitely need to get this done for puberty gyno that turned into adult gyno lol. Such a stupid side effect but at least there is a remedy even if it’s going under the knife. Do you mind if I ask what you spent on the surgery when it was all said and done?

I will definitely consider traveling to California if you recommend your surgeon shoot you might even get some type of referral too. Would you mind dm ing his clinic if you don’t want to post it on the forum? I’ve heard way too many horror stories about people’s nipples collapsing and then having to pay even more money to have that area “rebuilt” by a plastic surgeon. That 10% of the gland he leaves is probably a huge factor in mitigating that issue
