Some people on here take 5mg daily cialis for bph. A lot of docs even prescribe it.
I take about 10mg cialis for bph.
It helps but Im very sensitive to things like ephedrine, it blows up my prostate.

I would ask to see a physical therapist, specifically a pelvic floor therapist. I was having issues peeing and it got out of control, tried the pills, nothing worked. Went to physical therapy, I have zero issues now.

That’s great man! I was peeing literally every 20 minutes, could barely drive anywhere. I wasn’t emptying my bladder. He offered the physical therapy and I’m like, there’s physical therapy for this issue, hell yeah I want to go lol.
Here were my issues. straining too hard actually constricts the urethra making it harder to pee. So she literally taught me 360 breathing. I literally had to learn how to breathe properly. Then it was stretching of the pelvic floor muscles. No meds and I’m so grateful I’m better. The doctor said if none of this worked I’d have to catheter myself 3x a day. My hood that sounds horrible.

I've had BPH for years. Duetasteride and Cialis. I don't have a hair loss issue, nor any other sides.
Flowmax was a no go due to sides. Turned my happy endings into so-so endings.
Everybody is different. You really need to do some testing to find the best regime.

Yeah same here where Flomax. I was thinking finasteride and cialis but I heard finasterde has bad sides
I was on something similar to flomax, think it was rapiflow or something.
Hate it. Make sex not as enjoyable.
For some people it sucks. Its a small percentage from what I understand but the chance of messing with my sex concerns me.
