So in searching the internet I found the ol tween80, PEG300, DMSO, and saline solution for 2.5 ml.
• DMSO stock solution (25.0 mg/mL): 0.25 mL (250 μL)
• PEG300: 1.0 mL (1,000 μL)
• Tween-80: 0.125 mL (125 μL)
• Saline: 1.125 mL (1,125 μL)
I used 2 different methods, one worked the other came out cloudy and didn’t fully mix. Mixed the peg300,tween80, and saline in a 5ml vial. Added the DMSO to slu to dissolve, then slowly added to the 5ml vial by running the slu/dmso solution down the side. Slowly turned the vial over for about 2 mins and seems to have worked.
One on the right was mixing entire solution in a 5ml then adding the entire to the slu. So for me the trick was dissolving the slu first with DMSO then adding that to to the premixed solution in another vial.
Hope this helps some of yall out maybe looking for help with slu-pp-332 and the hydrophobic issue that it has.
