Many cycles in the past and unfortunately had OHS over a year ago- not taking anything for obvious reasons.
Still lift and have been able to maintain years of gains.. :)

I need a little help to kick starting the nuts and getting a handle on chest fat. maybe estrogen blocker cycle to help reduce.
What' s the best ? and cycle?

Just looking for some feedback. and any other alternatives to test..

Thank you!

First question..

Have you had any blood work done to see where you are actually at?

Taking an estrogen blocker if your levels aren't high can cause you some serious issues. You really don't want your e2 to crash out.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting blood work done.

While the old HCG clomid treatment to try and get the nuts working again can sometimes help its unlikely to have a serious or long term impact if you're permanently suppressed.

It might be time to bite the bullet and look into TRT.

That said, get the blood work done so you (and the people you're asking for help) can see where you're at and come up with a plan. Until then you're shooting in the dark hoping to hit something.

Thank you for your feedback. I was going to look into the TRT process but cardiologist said he would NOT recommend Test. I will plan on getting blood work asap.

Cardiologist?

You sure that asking us meatheads on a message board for drug and dosage advice is a smart move?

You might want to consider getting a referral to an endocrinologist instead.

Diet, maybe lipo on chest if it's super stubborn. As far as anything else take Phreezers advice.

OHS? Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome?

If that's the case, it's very unlikely that estrogen is the culprit behind "chest fat." I would bet your testosterone AND estrogen are both low. To second what Phreezer said, get lab work done by an endocrinologist/urologist/TRT specialist.

Get bloodwork and diet and do cardio AI aren’t fat burners by any means they will help with water and some estrogen sides but you don’t just throw it in unless you need it and know what’s going on in your body

Got my results, Doc said he would start me on NAD+ for now and for me to get cleared from cardiologist for the test. TEST levels are low... Going to give this NAD+ a try for other benefits... Anyone familiar or tried NAD+?

Your E levels are awfully high for test being so low . I would check if you could possibly address that without it compromising you in any way. Ive been using Tru Niagen aka NAD+ along with Resveratrol for 6 months. I forget why but the combo works better than each one alone. Not sure if I notice anything spectacular but I always feel good with lots of energy.
