Lots of Adex and still very sensitive nipples

What is your plan to dose the Adex at? It's seemingly ineffective with your endocrinology.
Not interested in trying Aromasin or Letro?

How/when do you take the Adex? Maybe check a drug/food interactions website to see
if it's being interfered by something in your diet or another medication you take...

just spitballin here because a boatload of Arimidex can't be the long term regimen
I feel you. Yeah I seem to need a lot of adex. It does work but that much can't be good. You're right 100%, if I'm gonna begin to start going outside TRT doses, I need something stronger. My doc the other day was telling me about some long term potential sides regarding adex.

So your doctor agrees? I would be frank with him and request whatever alternative you're
interested in trying by name. If you walk in knowing what you're talking about, a good doctor
will be attentive and alter his plan.

If he is only familiar with Adex and unwilling to switch for any patients when clearly you
have different needs, then I'd start looking for a new doc.

You're young right? May I ask why you got put onto TRT?

Curious because my experience is uncommon. My T levels
were well above average growing up and then I experienced
pituitary gland issues.

My fucked up dad had me cutting weight for sports by the time
I turned six years old.

A young fellow at the gym started Test E 250 mg shot on Sunday.

Said his nipples felt sensitive on Wednesday and reported that to his Test supplier local dude.

Local supplier dude reaches into his wallet and tells him to use 1mg Adex
every second day.

Now 10 days later he's says he needs my help because he has no sex drive.

I told him sensitive nipples and gyno are two different responses. He didn't need Adex.

Geeez, it's 2024.... a world of info at our fingertips.

I told said fellow to research before
following bro gym advice

6 Bubba? Where you in wrestling if you don't mind me asking? I think adex is poorly used just in my opinion. I think the op should cut his dose into 3 shots a week or at least lower it to 300 and take it M/W/F would he more even on blood work possible he won't even need a AI. You are right though alot of doctors are staying away of AI Of course you don't want your estrogen to be out of control though. Maybe even try dim and grapefruit extract to lower it down too see if that does enough.
