Gain 1” on Arms in 1 day program

What happened surprised the daylights out of me! Let me start with that. It’s the most interesting part of this experiment.

Some of you may have read about my traumatic car crash the weekend after Thanksgiving 2024. When I started “training” again my left bicep was OVER 2 inches smaller than my right.

I’ve barely been able to gain back about 3/4” or so. It’s been a real struggle.

At the 2 to 3 hour mark my pump was pretty much at its peak and both arms were up a full 1”.

I had a hard time staying hydrated because several times in between the 2 superset rounds I still had 13 to 14 minute to wait for the next superset round. Being “antsy” I would jump on the dip machine and smash out a high rep set of dips. Several times I’d go grab some 30’s and do some extra hammer curls.

By the end of the workout I felt flat and depleted. Right arm was now only 1/2” bigger when 2 hours earlier it was a full 1”.

NOW…… HERE IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY INTERESTING.

My left arm, injured and atrophied, was still up a full inch! I was like WTF? I measured each one again. Same thing.

Now fast forward to today. I’m not sore at all, have a slight pumped feeling not like from regular workout. NOW here is the kicker …… my left atrophied injured arm is still up 3/4 “ !!!!!!!

The right arm is up 1/4”.

So far the AMAZING finding of this experiment is that it has blasted the muscle fibers in my injured arm and caused them to finally awaken and respond. My left upper arm “almost” looks normal like my right arm.

To me this is just amazing. Here is a screen snapshot of when the workout ended. 80+ sets total.
