Another year, another 15 week cutter.
Similar results. 5' 9" 167 lbs Turned 64 8/26 pics done 8/30
This probably will be my last cutter. I don't compete, never have and I've done this about 30 times just to set a goal and achieve it. well, I think I've proved to myself I can do it. At this age It's too hard on my body. I need to eat certain foods for my personal health. I'm going to put on some size, but I'll stay on the lean side. I also need to have surgery on my ab lining from a tear several years ago that I ignored.

You look great brother for any age. Have you ever considered adding HGH to the mix ? 5+ ius daily and you could probably still grow while lowering the weekly gear doses. Love seeing your updates, wishing you many many more years of healthy training.

I was on GH for over 3 years. Last years pic I was on 3 ius. A job change and some other changes didn't allow me to order HGH on my last run but I'll add it back in soon for life. 2-3 ius....................11

How you can run tren at 64 is beyond me lol but great job. Im 41 and hope I look 1/10th of you when im in my 50s !

Hgh has been a new world for me since starting last year. What does your cut vs bulk diet look like (you may have answered in other threads sorry if so).

Well my diet is posted in the nutritional section. But I basically cut my carbs every 3 weeks by 200 calories. Protein and fat stays the same. The final weeks is tricky with all the changes and sodium cut.
My training is my version of the 5x5 program except I do 3 sets of 5. I can go a little heavier and it's easier on all these injuries I've had. I do abs and cardio 4, 5x a week and building up to 45 minutes on cardio. I can't run because of my left leg and hip. I walk fast on the treadmill at a very steep angle 11. 3.5 on speed.i I get bored after a while. I do heavybag training also.

^^^damn brother ..i didn't know you went that deep

..but every 8wks i'll mix a heavy routine in there for 4wks
..i didn't always do this
..BUT i must say i does wonders to keep your strength high

..there is no shortage of guys half your age that could not keep up with you

I pretty much eat the same year around but when not cutting I eat whatever I want but compared to others it's still pretty clean. I'll keep my protein the same 40%, I'm going to increase my fat to about 30% and keep carbs moderate but If I want to eat something I'm not worried hell I'm 64 and I'll just train harder :cool:...............11

Thank Diesel. I will on certain days do a high volume WO just to mix it up. Just doing what I can and for as long aas I can.................11

I'm done with tren. I've said that before but the only reason I did this time was I had some left over and wanted it gone. Even 300mg wore me out. I love the stuff but those days are over. EQ or Primo will replace it now. When I cut my protein is eggs, chicken and tuna, steak on occasion. I eat a lot of eggs....................11

Mind you, when my carbs got down to basically 30 per day i was miserable along with doing 45 minutes on the step mill.

The diet works.... I just can't motivate myself at 41 to be that strict (i like to drink 3-4 times a month and i hit it hard). After my divorce a year ago i turned around and look like i did in my early 30's and am looking at a good run over the next 8 months so i may actually run the bulking version of this if i don't end up hiring a coach ive been looking at. DIet is Legit !!!

damn man, 64 and running a cycle like that? absolute legend. that is a massive amount of gear for a "cutter" at any age, let alone 60s, so i dont blame you one bit for wanting to dial it back. the toll on the kidneys and lipids alone at that stage has gotta be rough.

smart move focusing on the health and getting that ab tear fixed. 30 cuts is plenty - you've definitely proved you have the discipline. honestly, staying lean-ish on a cruise or a much milder trt+ blast is gonna feel like heaven compared to tren and winny. enjoy the extra food and definitely take it easy on that surgery recovery!
