I am slowly getting rid of supplements I used to take daily for the lack of accountability amongst the supp industry. I wish ALL supps had websites like they do for Fish Oil - "IFOS"

I've been on the consuming end since 11. I'm always switching brands but looks like I'm a fool either way lol

All of the brands mentioned in the article are outside the US and some dont even sell protein. Basically, 99%
of companies are selling protein trash.

Back to square one getting in enough protein on those busy days
