Just curious if any of you guys did it and if it helped any of you.

Spoke to someone yesterday and he said his mom gets it done in Mexico and it works wonders for her.
Did not ask for what. Also, some other people I know has used it and says it works great but again I dont know for what.
I think it can be a great thing but it depends on how its used. The second orthopedic surgeon I saw said it works when I asked him but not for me.
I have no cartilage in my shoulder so steam cells can't do anything for that.

Im curious if anyone here has experience.

Good question Resilient.

Maybe prp injection would help you. That shoulder must hurt and thanks mk.

I asked the surgeon about that and didnt really think so.
I have 2 issues, no cartilage in that shoulder and the bone is going flat creating movement that shouldnt be there. I can move the bone by pushing on it. Second is two huge spots of arteritis.

Both the surgeons said the same thing. Gave me 3 options.
Do nothing
Cortisone injection - both said it will not do much and probably nothing.
Shoulder replacement - both said I will not like it and wait as long as I can.

So I tried the injection and it didnt do shit. so now Im just waiting as long as I can.
I have very limited range of motion and it hurts like a mofo. Wakes me up from sleep all the time.
Im living with it the best way I can, sucks but the replacement isnt something I really want yet.

I hope something can be done for you. There got to be some kind way to lower the pain..

Thanks.
My mistake was that I waited too long to act on this.
I have 2 surgeries on that shoulder. The first one recovery took a while but recovered fine.
Second one recovered quicker but never got 100%. Then years later it starting to go bad again.
I didnt do anything for years, just sucked up the pain, then I did see a chiro, therapy etc but didnt see a surgeon.
When it got really bad I went to see a orthopedic surgeon and at that point I had no cartilage and it was too late.
Saw another surgeon too, same result. Saw an rheumatology doctor and he said the same, not much to do be done.

So dont be a dummy like me, dont wait if you got issues.
I think I just put it off since I thought I would have another surgery and I really didnt want deal with it.
Regret that now. Im a fucking idiot.

Stem cells are amazing . I have posted quite a bit in favor of them. Now in Germany they're starting to do cartilage transplants. My coworker had micro fracture surgery along with stem cells in his knee to regenerate cartilage. He says it was the best thing he ever did

Could be worth it for you to go to Germany and do that Morgan. Thanks for posting that aalosio
I think right now it's just for the knee. Obviously as this becomes more popular I'm sure other body parts will benefit. I remember around 10 years ago NBA players ,Kobe being the biggest were going to Germany for PRP . Not long after that you could get it in the US . If successful as they claim it should be available here in a few years or sooner. When it does just look for medical studies looking for patients. I've gotten free stem cells,. PRP and a tooth implant for free being a guinea pig. All three things were a success.
